Three Good Greens~Local organic mustard & kale & local chard mixed with caramelized organic onions & local feta.
Buttermilk Chevre dressing~ Buttermilk, Blue Ledge Farm Chevre, chives, salt, White wine vinegar, organic lemon juice, pepper, Olive oil.
Creamy Asparagus Soup~Local Spinach, Canadian Asparagus, local & organic milk, organic onions, spices and herbs.
Chilled Strawberry Soup~local organic strawberries, organic orange juice, local yogurt, lime juice, fresh organic ginger and more!
Our produce: organic sugar snaps, strawberries, garlic scapes, herbs, rhubarb.
Local greens include: Humongous organic Orb Weaver Farm head lettuce, Nola’s organic salad mix, Mtn. Yard Farm organic arugula & red russian kale, local spinach and Marble Rose Farm organic strawberries.
