sorry for the delay - - got lost deep in spring cleaning & transplanting yesterday!

Haddock Chowder ~ A bit left from the weekend...

Spanakopita~Local organic spinach & Camembrie. In Organic Phyllo with Local wild leeks & local organic shallots.

Savory Slaw~Crunchy & fresh.

Baked Tofu~With local honey & garlic, organic ginger, and vinaigrette.

Spinach & Cheddar Quiche (regular crust)

Baked goods this week: Tues. multigrain bread, currant scones, cookies. Weds. currant scones & cookies, Thurs. ginger scones & cookies, Fri. potato bread, apple pies, ginger scones, cheese scones & cookies. Sat. Pies & cheese scones. not many pies this week - - call if you really want one!
