Foote Street Farmstand Menu week of May 10th:

Broccoli Salad w/ Sesame~Organic broccoli, steamed & tossed with a sesame & fresh organic ginger vinaigrette. wheat & dairy-free.

Savory Slaw~Organic red & green cabbage, organic local carrots, organic red onion & organic parsley tossed with organic lemon juice, local organic cider vinegar, olive oil, caraway, salt & pepper. Wheat & dairy-free.

Turkey soup with wheat berries~Misty Knoll turkey, local organic wheat berries, many organic & local veggies & wild leeks, sauteed in olive oil - - dairy-free.

Lots of rhubarb, some spinach & asparagus is available from our garden. We have Nola’s salad mix and Mtn. Yard Farm spinach, & arugula - - try some if you haven’t! Also local: garlic, carrots, pea greens, fiddleheads, wild leeks...

Many organic seedlings & organic seed potatoes are for sale, as well as blueberry bushes & apple trees.
