Foote Street Farmstand Menu week of May 24th:

Due to the heat & the demands of the seedlings, I’ll keep the menu light & try to have it done by wednesday.

Gazpacho~Local pesticide-free tomatoes, gourmet canadian cucumbers, red onions & fresh herbs with oil & vinegars.

Potato-crusted quiche, with asparagus, of course! And Vt. Ayr Cheese, local eggs, organic onions, etc.

Lots of rhubarb, some spinach & asparagus is available from our garden. We have Nola’s salad mix. Also local: garlic, carrots, pea greens, asparagus...

Many organic seedlings, seeds & seed potatoes are for sale.

The seedling pre-orders that were to be picked up June 1st should be ready by the weekend. Call ahead if you want them earlier & we’ll do our best!
