Great Local Eggs for Sale!

Foote Street Farmstand Menu week of March 22nd:


Turkey soup w/ wild rice ~ Breaking the usual vegetarian fare due to my retail freezer failure. The turkey wouldn’t fit in the upstairs freezer! Misty Knoll turkey, wild rice, organic onions, local organic shallots, local organic carrots, local organic celeriac, organic celery, our peas, olive oil, organic parsley, organic lemon juice, salt & pepper.


Corn Chowder ~ local organic milk, local 1/2 & 1/2, local organic corn, local organic potatoes, organic onions, organic celery, organic parsley, local butter, salt, pepper & dill.


Asian Slaw ~ organic cabbage, local organic carrots, our peppers, organic cilantro, peanuts, organic brown rice vinegar, organic sunflower oil, local honey, organic lime juice, salt & pepper.


Baked Honey Ginger TOfu ~ Vt. Organic Tofu, our garlic, organic ginger, organic sesame seeds, organic wheat-free tamari, organic brown rice vinegar, sesame oil, olive oil, local honey, local organic cider vinegar, chile peppers & salt.


Baked goods this week: Tues. multigrain bread, currant scones, cookies. Weds. currant scones & cookies, Thurs. ginger scones & cookies, Fri. potato bread, apple pies, ginger scones, cheese scones & macaroons. Sat. Pies & cheese scones.
