Foote Street Farmstand Menu week of July 5th:

fresh salsa: as usual!

Gazpacho: tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar, pomegranate molasses, salt.
serve with feta and toast!

Chilled Peach Soup: peaches, yogurt, hibiscus tea, orange juice, quince syrup, sugar, nutmeg.
garnish with mint!


Our produce: fresh garlic, garlic scapes, herbs, rhubarb, raspberries.


Local greens include: Nola’s organic salad mix, Mtn. Yard Farm organic arugula & red russian kale and gildrien farm swiss chard.
