Foote Street Farmstand Menu week of July 12th:


Greens & Feta: local organic kale, mustard, mizuna & arugula with caramelized organic onions, local feta, olive oil, salt & pepper.

Chickpeas & Chard: organic chick peas, local swiss chard, organic carrots, organic red onions, our parsley, our garlic, local tomatoes, local white wine, organic lemon juice, olive oil & spices.

Creamy Leek & Potato Soup (no cream!): organic leeks, local organic potatoes, local butter, otter creek bakery bread, our tarragon, salt & pepper. yum.

also in the case from the week end ~ Mexican Corn Soup & Buttermilk-Chevre Dressing

coming Tuesday afternoon...

Fruit Salad: watermelon, peaches & blueberries in a light lemony simple syrup.


More Gazpacho! : tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar, pomegranate molasses, salt.
serve with feta and toast!



Our produce: fresh garlic, garlic scapes, herbs, rhubarb, raspberries, spinach, swiss chard & kale.


Local greens include: Nola’s organic salad mix, Mtn. Yard Farm organic arugula & red russian kale.
